Bali Kei Hire — Event Rental Team Operations & Payroll
Bali Kei Hire is an operations app for an event equipment rental business (chairs, tables, decorations) in Bali. From one app, admins manage events and clients, assign teams and drivers, review employees' daily work reports, configure duties and their fines, log cash advances, and calculate salaries with PDF payslips. Employees use the same app to see event schedules, submit daily reports, and track their earnings and cash advances. Built with Flutter (BLoC pattern) and a Firebase backend, with venue location picking via Google Maps.

Cash advance logging per employee with fine and payment history, linked to their earnings balance.
Payroll & PDF payslips
Automatic earnings calculation from daily reports, earnings history, and payslips generated as shareable PDFs.
Client & fleet management
Manage client data plus the cars and drivers (including extra drivers) assigned to event operations.
Venue locations via Google Maps
Pick and search event venue locations using Google Maps and GPS to ease team coordination.
